The Bagley Neighborhood Association met to garden plan and chat over a meal at Noni's. We ordered so many different items from the jumbo shrimp, salads, sandwiches, pork chops, etc. We all enjoyed our meal and all the natural lighting. The server was very accommodating to our large party.

I ordered a corned beef pita for $11.95, added cheese, and assumed it came with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Instead, I was charged extra for all three. I also ordered fries, a coffee, and a large Mountain Dew to go. They charged $5 for the fries, $4 for the coffee, and $5 for the soda. My sandwich had extra charges on top of that, and my total came to about $30 before tip—far more than the $15–$20 a meal like this should cost.
The ketchup tasted overly tangy, almost spoiled. The restaurant is supposed to be Coney Island–style, but they charge for everything; I’m surprised they don’t charge you to breathe in there. To make matters worse, they added a 2% fee because I paid with a card, which I believe should be illegal.
When I walked in, the place smelled like burnt food—smoky and unpleasant. It made it hard to enjoy my meal. The only positive thing I can say is that the service was friendly when I came in. This was my first time patronizing this restaurant, and I promise it will be my last.

The food was so fresh and the portions were huge. This is my second time coming to this location and the customer service was great each time. My daughter didn’t like the butter on her pancakes and Ms. Michelle quickly took her order back and fixed it. I would definitely recommend Noni Grille for a quick togo order as well as to comfortably dine.

The food proportions are really good. I didn't really like the chicken alfredo; this sauce wasn't good to me and bland. However, they gave a really good amount of chicken, and I heard many people like the sauce. The pancakes are the best pancakes I had in the state of Michigan. Their well-known salad had a ton of chicken, and I heard it tasted really good. The staff was amazing. They were one of the nicest staff I encountered in Detroit. One warning: the parking lot is very small, so you might have to walk a while during popular hours.
