Im from California and was recently at the store and received the best service at the store. I got some good deals for quality clothing. Great staff as well. They are worth checking out!!

This was the first time and the last time I would ever go in this store. I’m not sure if the man there was security or what but my purse was open after I took my wallet out of it in order for me to pay for my purchase. The rude man walks by looks I’m my purse as if it was his I was so angry. I could not understand why he was so concerned about my purse being open as if something was stolen. This was the most unprofessional experience that I had for no reason. The store was empty and I see why if people feel the way I felt I would be patronizing Simply Casual either.

Prices are ridiculous and the store is overrated. My 15 year daughter went to buy me a birthday gift and they sold my child a cheaply made $20 dress for $60. I went back to exchange seeing they don’t do returns and couldn’t find anything that was decent and not overpriced. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!
