I stayed with my family the past few days. I have to say that this being a sister hotel was pretty intriguing to me. Dominique at front desk, T !!! and her staff in valet, and Sharita (who I have adopted as my sister lol) at the bistro were PHENOMENAL!! I will for sure be back!!!
A few cons were the alarm went off a good 3-4 times. The last time was extremely late in the night and when asked for a later check out the women at the front desk on the thicker side with medium dreads just said no without looking at my reservation. If she looked at my reservation she would notice I work for the company and my status comes with a later check out regardless. That was poor customer service (saying no without looking at a reservation, not cool) I did not push it, just noted it.
Overall, stupendous service from the other staff. Even the overnight gentleman with the long braids or twist was extremely sweet and helpful. The coffee was top tier all night, and let’s NOT get on those perfectly baked cookies! Thank you thank you thank you! I truly wanted to do 5 stars for the service, but it was that one experience that took it down.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, room was cleaned well and had everything we needed for the two nights we were there. The Round Bar was understaffed, also not overly busy, but Jocelyn made it well worth going down there for a drink and appetizer. The valet was outstanding as well, Belinda Burnell was awesome and just a great people person. Made us feel very welcomed every time we came through the door. I highly recommend this experience. I had a great weekend getaway at the Doubletree.

The hotel property is the issue it’s the staff. No leadership on site, employees hang around together around the front desk like it’s social hour- zero housekeeping for my entire night stay. Asked for help with addressing my issues no one was around to make any decisions , credit I was promised turned out to be a “food credit”- the women I was addressing these concerns to wouldn’t give me her name and stopped speaking to me. I had to take a picture because she refused to talk with me. NEVER will I stay at this property again and Hilton needs to address these issues if they want this staff representing the Hilton name.

My husband and I had an extremely disappointing experience during our recent stay. For nearly $300 a night, we expected the room to match the photos advertised on the website, including a stand-up shower. Instead, we walked into an outdated room with a bathtub. The rooms are in serious need of remodeling.
The front desk staff was also incredibly rude and unhelpful. We were told at check-in that checkout was at 12pm, so at 10:45am we called for fresh towels only to be told we actually needed to check out by 11am and would be charged a late fee if we didn’t. When I explained that we hadn’t even had a chance to shower yet, the front desk simply replied, “I don’t know what to tell you then.”
Things got even worse during checkout. As we rushed downstairs, valet informed us that our car tire was completely flat. Our vehicle had no issues prior to arriving, and valet were the only people who drove it. While we understand that accidents happen and it’s possible a nail could have been picked up, the valet team’s attitude was unacceptable—they were rude, dismissive, and even appeared to find the situation amusing while we had to call our insurance company for assistance.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will never return.

Where to start? There is NO food within a reasonable distance from here so I was forced into eating at the onsite bar/restaurant. There is a reason no sane people eat at the hotel restaurant. They messed up a burger and fries!! (And I’m not even picky). The staff is fine but generally disinterested. The bartender/server couldn’t have been less disinterested in serving me. The rooms are adequate to nice. THERE IS NO ONSITE PARKING. I showed up at 1 am and had to drag my stuff from the parking lot up the street. Seems safe and clean though. If necessary I would stay here again but I would not choose it.
