It was my first time here, I wanted to get a player card but I couldn't figure out where to go. I happened to see a woman cleaning the washroom so I asked her if she could direct me where to go. This woman stopped what she was doing right away, and was more than happy to not only direct me but to take me right to desk! She was kind and upbeat, I felt like royalty! I did not expect that at all given she wasn't a person who was working the floor! This woman is a gem! Very impressed with the level of service I received especially from Shermella!

Omg!! Let me tell you! There is this Female security guard there, I believe she does night shifts? She’s tall glasses with the southern accent. I believe she goes by Zina or Zena something like that. She is so amazing every time I go by her and she’s in a good mood I start dancing with her I always win something and best believe I have to tip her! She’s actually my favorite tik toker! She sounds just like AI! But she is so amazing! Her energy brings me luck! If I can take her everywhere with me I would!! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD KEEP HER THERE! SHE IS AN AMAZING SECURITY!

Convenient parking, great location, close to stadiums. The beds are comfortable, the shower had great pressure, BUT we had a few issues as well. Although outlets were plentiful, many of the ones featured in our room didn't work. The couch outlets, the bedside table, the TV entertainment center in the main room, both USB and traditional outlets had no power. There was a line of dust around the bathroom baseboard, details matter in rooms in this price range. We had a nice visit, but I doubt that I'll book again.

The customer service I received on 6/26/26, in the evening. There were 2 young ladies at the front desk and I believe their names
Similar to or is Nadia and Latoya. The customer service was A #1 excellent and professional. The rooms were clean, firm beds soft pillows. When I visit Detroit this is my home. Thank you ladies for your excellent customer service. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Party Dreams Rental had the opportunity to provide staging for an event at Hollywood Casino in downtown Detroit, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The casino is clean, well-managed, and perfectly suited for high-end events.
The management team was incredibly professional, organized, and easy to work with, making the setup process smooth and efficient. Their staff was courteous, accommodating, and clearly experienced in handling large-scale events.
We truly appreciate the level of communication and coordination throughout the entire process. It’s always a pleasure working with a venue that values professionalism and execution as much as we do.
