The rooms aren’t very clean. For a hotel like this I expect it to be spotless. I’ve stayed here 3 different occasions and each time there were some dirty spots. Shower had small strands of hair, dirt coming off the inside of shower door when the water hits it. There were water spots on the bathroom doors. The sink had dirt underneath the counter and faucet. They need to do a better job with details and deep cleaning. I was never able to connect my Netflix to the TV with my mobile devices. They do not have many dining options for breakfast and lunch in the hotel. One Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast and 1 sports bar for lunch. One time only 1 elevator out of 4 was working and we waited over 1/2 hour. I do enjoy the spacious room and nice view. Fitness center is adequate.

Wife and I stayed for two nights over MLK weekend. This was our first time visiting/staying at this property. Sat was $99 plus resort fee and Sunday was free. Assumedly this was based on previous play at other Hollywood casinos.
Check in was simple. Via the app, they’ll notify you when the room is ready. You can either go to the front desk for keys or use your phone. We opted for physical keys. No one was on line at 230PM.
The elevators over the entire stay was bad… possibly some of the worst hotel elevators we ever experienced. Mind you I’ve been to Vegas close to 50 times and stayed at no less then 15 properties. Greektowns elevators were baaaaaaad. Slow and broken down. Two occasions we waited almost 8 mins for a ride.
The room however was a nice surprise. A basic room however lots of good amenities. Great shower pressure, clean, comfy, lots of outlets. Compared to a mid-tier property in Vegas, Greektown has much better rooms.
Parking was really easy in the garage, no issues.
Casino had several older games I didn’t know existed so I liked playing a slot that was 20+ years old. Security and staff in general was nice. Descent video poker options as well. Nice that they have free soft drinks as well. When I didn’t want a beer, it was nice to have immediate access to cold water in a cup. One thing I found odd was that when I ordered a beer at the slot and wanted to pay using a credit card, they had to walk away for several minutes to process it. You would assume in 2026 they’d have a handheld device to run the card to make it easier on the server.
In general, a nice stay. Hope to return in the warmer months.

We paid for one night, a 2bed queen. It stunk like old cigars. The grout in the bathroom appeared to never been deep cleaned. There is visible dirt and hair on the floor and some unknown substance in the shower. The curtains were stained with chocolate, maybe? There was a piece of dog food by the closet, and nothing has been dusted in a long time. Not impressive. The location is great, but don't bother paying for a room. If you can use points from a CC, great but otherwise hopefully there's better accommodations to be had.

I stayed overnight the room was clean & cozy. The staff were helpful & friendly, Especially Micheal(during check out today)! I had two encounters with 2 different 2nd floor bartenders, male & female; they both sucked without going into details... And I still tipped them. Staff on the floor was 5star

Great location, great view from our room, up-to-date decor, I liked the walk-in shower with the glass door. Lots of places to eat on-site, I especially liked the ESPN BET restaurant. The food was good and reasonably priced. That brings me to what I didn't like. There were times when I had more food than what I could eat and I needed to get a to-go box. There are refrigerators in the rooms but no microwave anywhere on the premises. I understand it may be a safety issue but it seems they could have microwaves somewhere that could be easily monitored by staff. Also, I don't mind that they don't do daily housekeeping but they could at least have trash bags for the trash cans and somewhere to dump your trash. I had to try to catch up with housekeeping everyday to get rid of our trash. Other than that, everything else was great.
