Rooms are good. Nothing spectacular. My room was located right above the dumpsters and I get a wake up call from the trash man every morning at 5a so that kinda sucks. The employees are awesome and very knowledgeable! The location is very centralized and close to a lot of good things to see and eat!

Pros: Room was clean, shower was hot, water pressure was great, location was pretty solid for the cost.
Cons: Very noisy within hotel and outside. Cost of Valet was $55. Breakfast seemed very basic was not included in the room rate. Tv didn’t work. Darkening room shades would not go down all the way. Lighting in the bathroom and room overall was horrendous.
Overall not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, but certainly not the best. We stayed on a Saturday night and you could hear most everyone shutting doors and there was very loud music outside from a different business. Not their fault, but very inconvenient when trying to sleep at midnight after a long day.

This review is long overdue. I am a monthly regular here at HGIDD, and I must say that from my first stay to the present, I have always been treated with the utmost kindness. Everyone always has a smile and is very welcoming. I love how attentive they are to their guests and how they always ask if anything is needed. I am now known by name, and that means a lot, especially since I only come once a month. Those little details always keep me coming back every month. Out of all the hotels in the Downtown area, I will continue to choose this one for my stay. The beds are nice, the TV channels are perfect, and the water pressure is always good. I also want to personally give a thank-you to the front desk staff, Mr. Mike (night staff) and Ms. Jerie (morning staff), for always taking care of me when I come. Your above-and-beyond service should be documented, so thank you.

Not recommended! They are priced like the Ritz with no pool, no meal discount for diamond members, it costs $55 to park, ontop of their absurd room rates, and they're "smart" on the smart tvs are deactivated! I advise a little travel and stay a little further out. Maybe they'll get the hint when nobody stays.

The rooms were clean & comfortable, but VERY noisy. For some reason it sounded like someone was banging on the windows all night. During check out I was telling the receptionist about my complaint & there was another woman there saying she heard the same banging sounds. The rooms were just flat out noisy. A loud humming noise was coming from the hallway all day & night. I didn’t get any rest. There was no complementary breakfast like most hiltons. There was no parking for hotel guests. The Parking was $55 even if you had a reservation at the hotel.
