Room was clean and comfortable, hotel has a cool artistic vibe. Walls are paper thin, could hear guests in the next room as if they were in my room. Staff professional and friendly. Nice outdoor space. No coffee in room, had to wait until 7 am to get coffee down in lobby (and pay for it). Secured parking was nice. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby… restaurant on property was closed, bar open on weekends (evenings).

This place is alright. Front desk clerk was nice. Room was very clean. Appreciated the secure parking. Bed was firm but comfortable. Bedding was very comfortable. Everything was quiet, but I can imagine if the hotel is busy is could be noisy at night.
Personally not a big fan of the modern industrial vibe, cement floors, etc. Obviously personal preference here.

This hotel checked all the boxes for staying one night for a concert. Felt clean and secure. We were able to walk to so many places. Lighting was a bit dim, but I think it's part of the aesthetic. Nice place, not outstanding, but nice. And affordable

We booked this hotel for one night just to sleep. It was expensive, even on a third party booking app, but it was the closest to our venue. Staff was welcoming, and the hotel itself looked fairly clean. Our room was tiny, but like i said, it was literally just to sleep.
My only complaint is that the bed was way too firm, and at least the room we stayed, in needed some paint. There was also a bit of mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling.
The plus, was that there was gated parking which they take $10 out of your incidental fee, which is way better than paying $30 for a public parking lot. Also, it was within walking distance to restaurants and our venue.
I would stay here again only if they got softer beds!

This is a very good example of how skewed some people rate things. There is no way this place averages ~4 stars. On the high end, this is a 3 star. The only thing I felt was decent about the place was the customer service of the staff. All the customer service was great, kind, courteous, and safe. However, the room that was severely over priced for what you get, was far from expectation. The room had cracked and re-sealed concrete floor that appeared to have a blood stain, there was a hardly functioning fluorescent light over the sink, the furnishings look like they were purchased at a yard sale or good will, the conduit and lift fixture on the ceiling was covered in cob webs, the "private access" door leading to the courtyard barely functioned and caught the concrete on the ground. I got a pay-by-the-hour feel from any dim lit hallway to and from the rooms. Their on-site market is outrageously priced bordering extortion. Honestly, I could keep going on this and I hope that I save another potential patron from disappointment with this review.
